What we collect

Browsing AISoftALT does not require an account. We collect personal information only when you send it to us — for example the tool name, website and contact email you enter in the submit-a-tool form, or the details in an email you send us.

Why we use it

Submission details are used to review the tool and reply to you. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing email to addresses collected through the form.

Where it's stored

Submissions are stored in our hosted database with access restricted to the editorial team. We keep them for as long as needed to review and maintain the directory.

Cookies and analytics

We keep tracking to a minimum. Our host may set essential cookies needed to serve the site, and affiliate partners may set their own cookies when you click through to their website — those are governed by their privacy policies, not ours.

Outbound links

Pages link to third-party tool websites, including our general disclosure. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your data.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to us via the contact page and we'll respond within 30 days.
